Most student finance clubs pitch the same large-cap stocks everyone already covers. We wanted to do something harder: write serious research on Asian markets and back every claim with figures anyone can pull.
Since November 2025 we have published twenty papers, one country or theme at a time. Each starts from a specific claim, gets argued over by the group, and only goes out once it holds up. We would rather be narrow and right than broad and vague.
We cover APAC because it gets less careful English-language coverage than it deserves, and there is a lot to say. None of this is a fund. We hold no money and place no trades. The output is the writing.

How the group works
Macro research
Written research on APAC economies: monetary policy, currencies, trade, and the semiconductor cycle. One country or theme per paper, argued from public data.
Data and code
Python and pandas scripts to pull and clean central-bank and statistics-office data, plus the charts and tables behind each paper. Nothing we cannot check by hand.
Markets
Following APAC rates, currencies, and equity flows and writing up what is driving them. Where a call is thin on evidence, we say so.
